The Signature That Energizes a Station

Every test is run, every report filed. What remains is the decision: is this station fit to hand over? The Factory Acceptance Test proved the panels in the shop; the Site Acceptance Test proved them energized in the field. Now the whole campaign rolls up into one acceptance register — every discipline, every item — and one gate decides it: no open critical or major defect, nothing left pending. Cross that gate and the station is yours to run; miss it and the punch list comes first.

• Compile the acceptance register across every discipline
• Classify each item — pass, punch (with severity), pending, or N/A
• Apply the sign-off gate: no open critical/major, nothing pending
• Carry minor defects as a punch list under conditional acceptance
• Issue the acceptance certificate for hand-over
